NOW Ministries stand for Nurture, Outreach and Witness. These Ministries are at the core of all the activities and programs implemented by the United Methodist Young Adult Fellowship in the Philippines (UMYAFP). As a community of faith within the United Methodist Church, the UMYAFP encourages young adults to follow in the footsteps of Christ at home, in the workplace and in society.

The UMYAFP engages in NURTURE by leading young adults into the Christian life and initiating them into a life of discipleship, worship and devotion to the Lord Jesus Christ. These young adults are developed as Christian leaders and servants, cultivating effective leaders in the church, in their workplace and in their communities.

The UMYAFP also invites young adults to OUTREACH as practiced by Jesus Christ. The poor, the sick, the needy, the prisoners and everyone who lacked anything in life found comfort in the Lord Jesus Christ. With the outreach arm of the UMYAFP, young adults can effectively channel their compassion and Christian charity to those who need it most.

WITNESS will always be a part of the UMYAFP. As part of the universal Church, UMYAFP believes that it has an important part in fulfilling the Great Commission and going to all nations and making disciples. Young adults are equipped with the skills they need to be winning witnesses of Christ in their areas of influence and in the whole Philippines.
